Welcome to Gymak. This application is a Gym Management SaaS platform designed to connect Gym Owners (Tenants), Coaches, and Players. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you understand how your information is handled.
1. Information We Collect
- Personal Information: Name, Phone Number, Email Address (used for authentication and communication).
- Physical Data: Age, Weight, Height, Gender (used strictly to calculate calories and BMI).
- Media & Photos: Profile pictures and Body Progress photos (uploaded voluntarily by the user).
- App Activity: Workout logs, diet adherence, and supplement tracking.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Service Provision: To create customized workout and diet plans tailored to your body metrics.
- Progress Tracking: To visualize your fitness journey through progress reports.
- Communication: To allow Gym Owners and Coaches to send push notifications regarding schedules and updates.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do NOT sell your data to third parties. Your data is accessible only to:
- The Gym/Tenant: The specific gym facility you subscribed to.
- Your Assigned Coach: To monitor your progress and adjust plans.
- System Administrators: For technical support and maintenance.
4. Permissions We Request
- Photo Library: Required to select profile photos and progress pictures from your device gallery.
- Notifications: Required to receive updates from your coach or gym administration.
- Storage: Required to save PDF reports and cache workout videos for offline viewing.
5. Data Retention & Deletion (Crucial)
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You have the right to delete your account at any time:
- In-App Deletion: Go to Profile > Delete Account. This action is irreversible and will permanently remove your personal data, photos, and logs from our servers immediately.
- Manual Request: You may also contact your Gym Administration to request data deletion.
6. Security
We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage) which provides industry-standard security encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest.

By downloading or using Gymak, you agree to the terms listed below.
1. Nature of Service
Gymak is a software tool (SaaS) provided to Gyms and Coaches to manage their clients. The app developers are not responsible for the actual training advice, diet plans, or instructions provided by your specific Coach or Gym.
2. Medical Disclaimer (Important)
This app does not provide medical advice. The workout plans, diet regimes, and supplement suggestions are generated by your Coach, not by the app algorithms. Always consult a physician before starting any new fitness program. You use the instructions provided within the app at your own risk.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to upload any content (photos or text) that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.
4. Account Termination
Your access to the app is tied to your subscription with your local Gym/Tenant. If your subscription expires or is terminated by the Gym, you may lose access to the app's features.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developers of Gymak be liable for any physical injury, health issues, or data loss resulting from the use of this application.
